The parties agree to extend the 2005-2009 Labor Agreement, scheduled to expire June 30, 2009 at midnight, to July 9, 2009 at midnight. This agreement also extends the bargaining ground rules.

This extension is agreed to at the request of the CA State Mediation and Conciliation Service mediators.
