OUR Union bargaining team is meeting daily, so they are doing their part, but it’s up to us to show BART management and the Board of Directors that we mean business when we say NO TAKEAWAYS! Can you afford to take a $10-17,000 a year cut in wages and benefits?

Letters To The Governor: June 9

The District fires off a letter to the Governor on Friday, the request disregards the needs of the Bay Area in case a settlement is not reached by June 30th.

OAKLAND — With one week to go before BART’s union contracts expire, BART workers have launched a website to keep riders and the media up to date about public events related to a possible strike action that could disrupt BART service throughout the Bay Area.
